OCHO is no sickly-sweet confectionary company, but a homage to diverse and intense flavours nurtured from Pacific Island beans through the craft process, designed to enhance and develop taste experiences for the chocolate lover. This is what real chocolate tastes like: complex, punchy, telling a story of the Pacific Island where it grew, and the care of the chocolate crafters through the bean to bar transformation. With no added emulsifiers or stabilisers, the OCHO chocolate is in its purest form, with the single origin range ingredients only consisting of cocoa and sugar. Without all the additions to OCHO chocolate, all of our bars, apart from milk chocolate are vegan, gluten, nut and soy free.
