Shipping Terms and Conditions

  • To qualify for free shipping, order subtotal must amount to $100 or more after coupons/discounts have been applied.
  • Orders are processed within 2 business days and ship Monday – Friday (average processing & delivery time is 5-7 days from order date)
  • OCHO procures courier services on your behalf. Orders are shipped via Aramex, NZ Couriers or Post Haste.
  • The courier's tracking number will be provided via email on the date of shipment. For further assistance regarding late, lost, stolen or damaged shipments – please contact the courier directly. The courier provider has a claims process which they will help you through. OCHO is unable to help once the parcel has left our factory.
  • OCHO is not responsible for shipping errors due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses. Please take care in verifying your shipping address prior to submitting.
  • OCHO is not responsible for melted chocolate. Please make appropriate accommodations to deliver to a business address or have the package held at the courier depot to avoid heat damage.
  • OCHO is not responsible for any broken chocolate. All outer packaging states the packages are fragile. As part of our values, we try to use minimal packaging. If there are breaks, it is due to handling from couriers.
  • Please choose your products carefully as due to food safety standards, products cannot be returned or exchanged.
