To say I'm disappointed at your delivery arrangements would be an understatement.
I ordered the chocolates for my niece's birthday which was on 18th February. The original order went to the wrong address, which was my fault.
In fact, I presume the original order (#5357) was delivered to the address I gave. The current residents at that address deny all knowledge of it!
But order #5466 left Dunedin on Monday and was not delivered until yesterday and that was after my niece had to phone Ocho to find out what was happening. According to the tracking information the parcel was stuck somewhere before the Blenheim depot for 2 days!!!
Your chocolates are lovely and my niece will enjoy them at the weekend,
But your delivery arrangements are extremely disappointing.
I wonder what mitigating circumstances you have in response?
