I love the fact this chocolate is supporting a cacao farmer in our backyard. And it tastes pretty good too.

The chocolate had a slightly plain or waxy taste to start off with, the bitterness of the cacao doesn't hit you at first until you let it start to melt on your mouth, then it slowly hits you and the bitterness lingers long after the chocolate has melted away. I hope this block sticks around a little longer than a limited release.
