Roasted Cocoa Flakes


Product Description

Cocoa flakes are the first item sorted out after the roasted beans have been cracked. The flakes are too fine to go through the winnower, but as a mix of cocoa nib & husk make a fantastic addition to baking (use instead of some flour), adding a delicate chocolate flavour and plenty of healthy goodness. The flakes are also good added to meusli and can be used to make a chocolate tea. Just make up in a plunger like you would coffee.
