We ship via courier (Monday to Friday within New Zealand) and aim for overnight delivery in the South Island & a two day service to the North Island. If you are on rural delivery it can take a bit longer depending on the route you're on. Note that we need a street address as the courier company we use doesn't deliver to PO Box numbers. Shipping is a flat rate of $6 for orders up to $100 and free over that amount. We put a "Signature Not Required" sticker on packages sent to home addresses, to save you the bother of going in to the depot to pick up an item if you weren't home when the courier called. If you don't want us to do that, please write a note with your order.
Sometimes people do have problems with online ordering systems. We hope this isn't happening to you with our site, but if it does please email us directly at email@example.com with your order and we can generate an invoice either through Paypal or our normal invoice system for you to pay by direct debit.
We can also organise shipping overseas, but please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote on different shipping options and prices.
We hope you are delighted with our products. However if you are not satisfied with our chocolate or it is defective please contact us and we'll sort out a credit, full refund or replacement.
If you need to return a product, please just email us at the contact(at)ocho address and we'll sort it out from there.
