Sometimes people do have problems with online ordering systems. We hope this isn't happening to you with our site, but if it does please email us directly at email@example.com with your order and we can generate an invoice either through Paypal or our normal invoice system for you to pay by direct debit.
We can also organise shipping overseas, but please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote on different shipping options and prices.
We hope you are delighted with our products. However if you are not satisfied with our chocolate or it is defective please return the unused portion for a store credit, full refund or replacement.
If you need to return a product, please just email us at the contact(at)ocho address and we'll sort it out from there.
